The Health Movement started with a huge passion for all things around health, fitness & living a fulfilled life and merged into a coaching business.
Through a holistic approach & bio-individual guidance, I will support your wellbeing and longevity journey addressing and preventing the causes of stress-related as well as chronic disease. By implementing step by step-lifestyle changes, you will get stronger, happier, more resilient and your energy levels will rise. When prioritizing nurturing daily habits and self-care, life changing improvements occur, supporting a healthy and long life.

Holistic Health Coaching is a comprehensive approach to wellbeing that considers the whole person: the body, mind and spirit to achieve optimal health by delving into all aspects of a person's life to uncover the root causes of disease and to promote sustainable healthy habits. Through effective, manageable tools and guidance, the body's natural cycle will return to its balance and will result in many different benefits.​

Holistic Health Coaching offers individually tailored help & support regardless of where you are in your life. It’s a journey not only towards a longer lifespan, but more importantly a longer healthspan (the number of healthy years in your life).

Meet Me

Originally in PR & Communication, I changed careers and followed my passion for health & wellbeing when moving to Sydney years ago. I studied personal training, took meditation courses, started exercising regularly and made all this a habit. Through my personal training business, I realized the importance of making health your highest priority. You will still go through the ups and downs of life (I def had a few of themJ), but with a strong body and a strong mind. And the one thing that always impresses me most: the power that lies within us! It is our visions and commitments, that can give us the tremendous energy to follow and live the life of our dreams. Today I'm a Holistic Health Coach and absolutely convinced that you can only turn into the best and healthiest version, if you listen and look after all areas of your body and your mind - everything really is connected.
